Group Class Drop-In | $10 off Single Class Rate

Intro to Novara | $175

The Intro to Novara package offers a gentle starting point. It includes one assessment session, one private session, and two group classes—designed to help you feel oriented, supported, and clear about next steps.

Group Class Drop-In | $30

Current group classes include: Dynamics, Mat Pilates Fusion, and Harmony Flow.

Social Support groups (Caregiver Restore, Parent SOS, Handwork) are also offered at the group rate.

Private Session | $60

Private sessions include Private Integration and Baby Steps, a 0–3 developmental support session for both typical and delayed development. Baby Steps combines gentle milestone-focused observation with hands-on support and regulation.

Assessments & Evaluations | $100

Assessment offerings include the Milestone Assessment and Performance Evaluation.

5 Private Sessions | $270

10 Private Sessions | $480

*Private session packages may be used for Private Integration or Baby Steps (0–3 developmental support). Private Integration replaces separate Pilates or Dynamics privates and is tailored to your nervous system and movement needs.

Private Sessions and Group Classes

Private Sessions: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit.

Group Classes: Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit.

Packages

• Packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if unused.
• Once a session or class is used, packages become non-refundable.
• Packages expire within their stated time frame and are non-transferable.

Membership Cancellations: All memberships auto-renew on a monthly basis. You may cancel your membership by contacting [email protected]. Memberships are not eligible for pro-rated refunds.

Business Cancellations: If we cancel a class or session, you’ll receive a refund, reschedule, or class credit.

Emergencies: We understand that life happens. If you need an exception, please email [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
