Mat Pilates Fusion: Experience a unique blend of traditional mat Pilates, balance practice and overall integration exercises in Mat Pilates Fusion. This class is designed to enhance flexibility, core strength, and connection. Each session concludes with an optional sound bath, allowing you to relax and recenter, while reaping the physical benefits of the workout.
Harmony Flow: Recharge, Unwind & Restore
Experience a harmonious blend of fluid movement and stretching designed to improve flexibility and mobility, stimulate lymph/detox pathways, and promote relaxation. Conclude your session with a soothing sound bath, enhancing your journey toward restoration and tranquility.

Social Support Classes
Price: $20/session
Sonic Sanctuary*: Deep relaxation and gentle movement designed for caregivers.
Recharge, unwind, and restore—you deserve this!
Designed to support Caregivers by providing a restful, rejuvenating space where participants can practice self care through movement and sensory integration. The class includes a gentle movement activity segment, along with a 15-minute sound bath for relaxation, restoration, and rebalancing.
*this group session is for caregivers seeking to practice much needed self-care.
Parent SoS: Parent SoS offers a supportive environment for parents to connect, share strategies and explore common experiences and challenges together. Each session features a 45-minute discussion, followed by an optional 15-minute sound bath designed to promote calm, provide self-care, and enhance overall well-being. *newborns welcome but not necessary.
Handwork: A weekly session providing a fun group environment to allow you to engage your creativity, and socialize without screens while you work with fiber arts and invite your fine motor skills to learn new movements or discover old, familiar ones.
Assessments and Evaluations
Price: $100/session
Milestone Assessments: Milestone Assessments provide developmental evaluations for children under 3yr who are experiencing delays. These assessments include tailored suggestions, recommendations, and resources to take home to support your child's growth and development.
Performance Evaluations:Comprehensive youth or adult movement integration evaluation to address expressed concerns or observed challenges.
Private Sessions
Price: $60/session
Baby Steps(0-3): Baby Steps offers individualized, one-on-one sessions for children from birth to age three, designed to support early development, confidence, and connection. These sessions help parents better understand their child’s current abilities while offering guidance and strategies to support growth across movement, sensory processing, communication, and play.
Through gentle observation, hands-on support, and play-based interaction, Baby Steps provides insight into how your child engages with their body and environment, highlights emerging skills, and identifies areas where additional support may be helpful. Parents leave with practical tools, resources, and a clearer sense of how to encourage their child’s development through everyday routines and meaningful connection.
Fluid Moves(3-6): Fluid Moves offers developmental support for children aged 3 years and older, focusing on enhancing integrated movement, cognitive abilities, and communication skills. Through individualized sessions, children will build upon the foundation established in Baby Steps, fostering their growth and confidence in a supportive environment.
Private Integration: Experience personalized attention in a one-on-one experience designed to support how you feel, function, and move through daily life. Sessions are personalized to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more at ease in your body while supporting focus, adaptability, and overall well-being.
